Mario Charles Jr. who is the current National Champion in the novice division qualified and entered the 2007 AAU Jr. Olympics in Knoxville, TN. There is no division separation in the Jr. Olympics. He competed against brown and black belts to return triumphant in Kumite and is now the current Jr. Olympic Champion! Congratulations Mario!
